Terms and Conditions of Digital Product Sales by Blue Chico

Digital Products are viewed as used upon purchase. Since these products are meant to enhance, guide or provide information they cannot be returned or refunded. All payment plans must be paid in full or the purchaser will be found in contempt of the sale and liable for theft.

Theft is theft, whether its stealing a TV or stealing an electronic item. This guide is protected under the No Electronic Theft Law which you can view here https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/PLAW-105publ147/pdf/PLAW-105publ147.pdf Sharing this with someone, selling it without the referral program or mass distributing it to your employees is theft. This guide is intended to be used by business owners only. You may teach the techniques described in the guide to your employees but individual copies of the guide are not to be reproduced via print or electronic means. Blue Chico Retail will seek persecution and financial retribution to the fullest under the No Electronic Theft Law for any individual found intentionally distributing this guide for any reason. Do not let a guide you bought for less than $50 become a court battle that will end up costing you prison time or thousands of dollars in fines. Its always better to simply refer others to the electronic resource rather than self distribute.

With that, we wish you all the success in your small business dreams and cannot wait to hear your success stories!
